a) Pre-bid information (primarily participating in Intn’l Global Tenders)
  • Identification of Opportunities.
  • Advance information on forthcoming enquiries / tenders and customer requirements.
  • Interaction with the Clients/Purchasers/Consultants.
  • Project background & financial arrangements being made by client. - Information on expected competition and the expected strategies.
  • Support in preparation of fully responsive technical and commercial bids.
  • Providing information pertaining to Indian rules & regulations.
b) Post Bid Information
  • Close follow up of bid & interaction with clients at all stages.
  • Assistance in providing proper response to inquiries of clients.
  • Participation in discussions and negotiations with the client and assistance in finalization of contract agreement.
  • Regular reporting on evaluation status.
c) Execution of Contract
  • Coordination with various departments of the client such as Contracts, Engineering, Finance, QA, Inspection Stores, Constructions etc. to ensure successful execution.
